Today is a day off from running, but not to say running was out of the picture. The 3rd of 4 runs of the Winter Cross Country , you know the fun stuff, registration and timing the 5K on a sunny great , well wet, cold and soggy Saturday morning. Still beats the first week with 7 inchs of snow and near zero temps ( Results )
After a rest day back off on long run tomorrow
