Under and Over
Once I got going it didn't take long to warm up. The sun was out and the Monon was pretty much empty. Still to cold for a lot of runners and walkers to move off the treadmills . My journey took me south on the Monon so I could do my over under loop thru the Central Park. This one is fun because it is so broken up and you 
can do a little set of pickups between the different parts of the route. The first over is at Carmel Dr bridge, then the under is at 116th street tunnel. I forgot to take the picture of the 126th tunnel, but all this over under 
make the run non stop with no traffic hazards. I also was trying out the new

and pretty peppy run.
I will up my miles this week as it has been a good month of January and my legs are back under me , and shed 10 un-necessary pounds. Still I can't wait for the 78 degree weather
