Road Trip
No run today , just a lot of walking around on Chicago's Lakeshore and Michigan Ave.
Chicago in sunny warm weather is great. People , good food and beverage and a chance to see how many people are sporting BUTLER colors.
I needed a running day off , but last night did finally get into the small River Road trail with my bike and fun again.
I still can handle the single track ( really no doubt )
but with all the running the past 4 months the bike spinning felt great .
Now my running will get better with the bike a part of my evenings.
So off to Chi-town, for a great day and back to running tomorrow
10 miles with my buddy ( One-9 ) in the trails
