Foggy
This morning a little bite in the air and heavy fog on the golf course.
A very nice run, a hint of Saturday morning, and the mini. Cool and sunny, perfect running weather.
I a event as large as our mini, you will have people dressed like it is winter out. Yea standing around at 7am in the shadows of downtown is a little cool, but that all changes 5 minuter into the race.
So dress as its 55-60 at the start and you sure will be a lot happier as you take the 2.5 trip around the speedway, and the sun beating down .
As of today the legs are feeling good, but we will see after 2 days of the expo.
Most likely a 13 mile run Saturday, nothing outrageous and enjoy the party after.
