80 /80 Music: Running on Empty
This morning at 7am my run started at 80 degrees, sun and 80% humidity
7 Miles was not all that fun, I was soaked with sweat and finally at 6 mile point did the unthinkable, stopped and walked a bit.
At that point I was getting no benefit of the run. My pace overall was OK but the last 2 miles was a death march.
I really should have opted for the bike ride to the downtown store, still hot but at least the breeze or the hot air makes it a little better.
I do not mind the heat and humidity, but sometimes it just wins out. Tough today , so just up a little earlier tomorrow and hope it is better.
But tonight pizza at Pizzology and Sun King's We Mac Brew! Sweet
