As we start to get onto the depths of summer, heat and humidity seem to hang around.
My training for NYC is taking a set back, seems about 10 miles the old issue with my right glut starts talking to me .
I have tried to change my gait , by heading to Eagle Creek, running on the cross country course is the best, but the marathon is on pretty hard concrete.
I am back on the bike to spin and keep the heart rate up, and on the mountain bike ripping thru the trails all my parts are great, but after a hour of running , x&5@
So another week and I will try a couple different things to get my long miles comfortable. Still a little over 3 months to NYC, but things need to pick up shortly.
After 59 marathons, I don't need to slog thru one just to say I did it. Been there and done that!
