Labor Day Stress Relief

on my new Air 9

The final Kids Triathlon I will ever time and score again was today. PARENTS are psyco. Wanting to fight , screaming , acting like fools  because they think rules don't apply to their kids .

So as soon as I can leave , off on my mountain bike.  Brown County would have been best , but after a extra hour straightening out the kid tri results , again because rules don't apply to MY KID, I decide to enter the no trespassing zone, or " You Can't Ride Here " 

The mentality must have rubbed off after race , rules don't apply to me

After the ride from the house to Towne Run Park, and a lap thru the trails it was off to no mans land . I did let Robin know of my location for if I didn't show up at home after a few hours, the search could be limited to a small area.

It was a Hamiton County , You can't do that ride 

Enterence to the asphault and gravel grave yard, around the next

turn is granny gear range, about 30 degees UP!

The back side is certain death, a 100 foot or more drop.

I am too old , so I turn around and fly back to bottom , it was fast

Then out of there and across the street to , Well lets call it the mega hole !

Past 2 do not enter signs and this is the top edge looking down , say a mile.

After clearing the last barricade , the winding roll down was really cool.

Near the side, the sign said falling rock DANGER

I don't think my bike helmet counted as a hard hat

Water shooting out of the side of the mine,

its quite a ways down to bottom

Don't think I should head into shaft, that really would be bad trespassing,

plus don't want to spend Christmas in there 

Hmmmmm!!

COOOOOLD water draining from mine, must be some danger to mining,

but drowning would be last thing I would think of .

The ride out was in my granny climbing gear for 8 minutes or so 

and you get a small burn by the exit, but it is really fun, or 

just riding somewhere you are not suppose to 

Where the water goes eventually, and a 4 mile trail around it.

No Trespassing

A awesome 2 hour ride , used all my gears during that time 

and Sam Adams Summer Ale at the end , 3 to be exact!

Back to running tomorrow morning, hope for 10 threw the golf courses
