Beat the Storm
Up early to hopefully beat out the storms today. As the weatherman tracked to the minute when the storm should arrive in Central Indiana, I downed my coffee and prepare to head outHigh wind is pretty tough thing to run in. It makes it a little eerie when it's dark out , very dark in the golf course that are lined with very big trees.
Heading thru the cart paths out our front door, a lot of wind and cracking noises from the trees above.
This is natures way of tree trimming or getting rid of the branches that have died off, but it makes for interesting running. If you hear a very large CRACK ....well !
Once out of the golf course and back to the road , the wind isn't easing up at all , the clouds are heavier, drops of rain are coming down and as beautiful as yesterday morning was today looks like a shorter run .
At least I got it in , and we do need the rain . Still we are in Indiana, and they say a nice end of the week , but snow could happen at any time , because it's Indiana
