Still Snowing
It's President's Day , another day off for the employees of the taxpayers. That is all good if they would go out and stimulate the economy like they tell us common people to do, but here in Central Indiana it is still snowing.
My snow run was the normal Bay Hill snow loop which is getting boring , but footing is very good. The snow coming down was the sharp flakes and at a pretty good clip.
It sure is a good thing the mini isn't next weekend,
but I do
remember snowing one year onopening day. Oh my lets hope
all this white stuff is way done by then.
Olympics Yesterday
The sport that is most like distance running in Olympics ,
cross country skiing. Boy was that exciting last night. Wouldn't it be nice to be in a pack, running and put your hands on your chest and "glide " a few 100 meters. In a way you can during a run if you are in a zone , your mind can go somewhere else and you just " Cruise " It dosen't happen often, but you know when it does.
