A day off today unless things change by the time I get home at 7. Running has been going well, and to keep things going well, a day off of running every couple of weeks . Like Smitty say's , To much of a good thing is a bad thing.

She just won the Pooch's triple crown, Canine Super Bowl, the Doggie Grand Slam.
