Awesome Day
Springtime running thru the golf course, everything smells so fresh. Your attitude toward the start of the day after your run is so positive.
That is what running will do to you, keep everything clear. Have a plan for the day, that hopefully follows thru.
After the biking yesterday my legs had a lot of spring in them and the miles seem to go past easier and quicker lately.
I do know I am older and need to not pound out heavy miles yet, but that time will come.
I need to try my past schedule as it never failed me before. I just really need to be ready for it.
7 months to prep for NYC will allow for this .
Great start to the day , hope it continues.
4.75 miles 36:31 about 7:40 pace.
