Great Ride
No run today , keeping the legs fresh and like Smittys tells me, to much of one thing is a bad thing, so ride I did.
Headed to the downtown store via the Monon ( 17 miles ) and very smooth ride.
But my ride home was going to be different. Heading back North I will use every trail/path I can.
As I leave the store , NIFS is the target. The head of the White River Trail and off I go!
North to 10th Street ands a little jog and cross the White River.
Traveling along the levy, north to 30th Street and the southern end of the Canal.
Back on crushed limestone path, great to run on , but very busy tonight. Indy Runners mini training program is running, but all was good and no problems as I navigate toward Broad Ripple

Ahhhh, the Monon Trail in Broad Ripple. Hmmm the brew pub. A beer ? Naaa 8 miles to go
Hamilton County, Carmel ahead. The new tunnel under I-465, really cool
116th Street exit to the right, the tunnel goes under the road, also cool
22 miles , and 38 for the day. Now its time, maybe even 2
