Since it's summer , the first college baseall game was played today. Amherst beat Williams College 73-32....... really...... its on the net!

This could go on for ever, but the first half of the year is behind us and running has been good up to this point.

A good easy run on the cross country course this morning, the weather was spectatular.

It is Thirsty Thursday at Robin's swim practice tonight, so on the bike to ride up there.

Can't get much better than that. Run this morning , bike tonight, a beer at the end !!
