Long Sleeves
3 mornings in a row of great running weather. Today though the first morning of long sleeves.
49 Degrees , still no wind, just beautiful weather.
As I made the trip around the lake, I am sure the cold water would have felt warm with the outside temperature at 49.
The forecast is for more of the same which doesn't hurt my feelings, but never fear the heat and humidity will smack us at least one more time .
