Not much to say but, It dosen't get much better than this !The early 7 mile run 52 degrees, no wind , NO HUMIDITY, at the start was a bit chilly.
A few minutes into it , wow , what a great run. You can't say it enough , but all those miserable hot , humid runs make days like this worth it. It was effortless this morning, and the pace was equally effortless.
I could take this all 365. Maybe when I retire I can find somewhere with weather like this year around .
