Still A Little Sore.
I have had a couple runs and bikes since my mountain bike slam down last Sunday. My legs feel great , but the pounding of the run make me a little uncomfortable so I have been staying on the cross country course.
It is better but it is going to take another week for the soreness to go away and then I will resume my miles.
Same goes for the mountain bike , riding is fine but the jumps and bumps are a little rough, but I know what ever I do , I am not hurting anything.
It is going to be a great weekend , so I need to get some of the honey do things off the list , do some big time fall trimming in the yard and watch the Colts Sunday night
I will do a 6-7 mile run Sunday morning , it will be slow but need to get back to running
