As cold as it has been this week, this morning was a heat wave. Only 30 degrees but no wind and a half inch dusting of overnight snow.
I headed to my favorite course, the River Trail and golf course. It was wonderful
During the winter when the weather usually is not the best for running, this morning you didn't want to stop. I actually was hot by the end, the end that was extended by 3 miles because of the beautiful morning .
Tomorrow morning is more of the same , so get one in then because old man winter will return the first of the week
