Other than this mornings temperature being 2 above zero, it was nearly a perfect for a run.
The roads were pretty much clear, the wind was very light, I even started to shed layers as the run continued.
Winter , other than ICE, is a great time to get a good base of miles in . As long as you are dressed for the conditions , all is good .
Be smart, the weather shouldn't stop you from going outside . Sub Zero or hot and high humidity you just need to be smart, then you can enjoy the run .
