This morning was cold. The usually calm pre dawn was pretty windy this morning.
12 below zero wind chill ands 9 actual temperature.
Still need to go out and run, and after all these years of running not having the right gear is a pretty lame excuse for standing on the treadmill.
So out the door and down to the golf course,hoping the wind would be lighter . Good try but this run is going to be cold.
After a few minutes the internal furnace kicked on and other than my eyelashes sticking together ( forgot the Vaseline them ) the run became really good .
You can run every day if you want to , you just need to go out the door . If the door just won't open, turn to the dreaded treadmill.
99 % of the time , once moving outside it turns out to be very enjoyable
A frosty 5 miles , spring a short 3.5 months away
