Indiana from 70's and all the ice and snow finally gone , to a 50 degree Thursday evening and 6 inches of really heavy snow by 6am the next morning.
At least no ice was under it this time and by 3 pm yesterday the streets were dry. The Monon this morning was pretty busy at the mini training has picked up, so I had a easy outbound trip up north and then picked it up quite a bit back down, and still it feels pretty good.
Next Saturday is the 15K in Plainfield , no racin' just hopefully the 2nd two 5'k during the race can be quicker that the previous ones , at least that is the plan.
One thing I know is still for sure, unless Robin wants to get really cold , I think laps in the pool outside is still pretty far off. A nice cold 4" of slush on the cover.
It's hard to believe under that is crystal clear COLD water, but it's true. Soon everything will be warm again!
6 miles and pretty a good pace
