The Sun is Out
Westfield Monon clear , Carmel Monon Hmmmmm.....Well here I am. After a major life changing the past 41 days, at least the weather has seemed to have broken, the sun is out and temperatures are above freezing.
The running has been short and slow when I could get out, and the couple times I got on the dreadmill it was just that dreadful.
Although my office has changed , I have my memories surrounding my desk and a great view outsideof the Monon Trail. Just think when I get a little tired of sitting or just need to go on a quick 4 or 5 miler , it's 50 yards away from me.
Still can't wait for the trails to open and get the mountain bike back out
