Blue Monday
Well the Colts were not on top of there game and the Saint's had the devine power behind them, but all in all it was a good game to watch . Next year in the big "D " they will win .
It was a easy 5k this morning after the Groundhog 7 yesterday and felt great . Went to Dr. Karen after my run and let her bend and snap me , so I can continue to run and get ready for the trail racing season. 
Work week will be busy this week so running may take place anywhere and at anytime
