Boring Olympics
This week the olympics consist of a different version of the same thing, hockey is exempt. Thank goodness there is cable TV, because you can never get enough Andy Griffith.
The runs in the mornings are becoming the same way, but same course different day. With snow , ice and otherwise dark cross country courses my Bay Hill and Huddleston loops are it. It's like I can tell when certain houses are waking and what kind of coffee they are brewing.
But today was again very plesent weather , 34 degrees out the door and no wind at all. Very dark due to cloud cover and no traffic. Clear streets so folks don't need to leave as early.
Another 6 miles, a consisent pace as fitness continues to improve , just am really ready for early morning daylight and more exciting routes.
Andy Griffith is the bomb.
