Day Off
Training is going well, and my parts are a little tired, so on this beautiful Wednesday , a day off is in the picture.
I am at work , but no biking or running today. Rest days are important, its keeps the legs fresher, helps not to get burnt out, and the pressure of everyday doing something is not there.
I will cut the grass and walk the Emma the pug tonight, have dinner a beer or two, and wake up tomorrow ready to hit the road again.
Days off are good for you, don't become a slave to the workout and you will make it to your running goals !
Days off? I'm not familiar...
