HUMIDITY !!

The run in Brown County in the DINO series today was like running thru air that you could cut with a knife.

The satrt of the run 78 degrees and 89 % humidity, in the trail it jumped by 10.

The first hill , a mile long and gradadully steeper, and mud was brutial.

My race started out with my heartrate at the max by the top of the hill. At the 2 mile mark I

finally recovered and my chance to win my age group was gone., I couldn't make up the 30 seconds , I could see him but flat Carmel dosent set you up for the hills of Brown County.

I did pass the another in my age group for a 2nd place, and I still have the series lead in my age group.

Lots of fun today , my buddy Doug ran great after a early prodection of I just want to finish.

Long run tomorrow , I hope the humidity goes down a bit
