Sunday Long Run
What a difference a day make when it comes to a front moving thru Central Indiana
Yesterday was like running in a oven, this morning just about cool. Yea 70 degrees but a breeze and 20 % humidity, a perfect combination for my 12 mile run.
As usual, to the Monon Trail and north to the end of the line, 165th Street.
Turn around and head back to the Monon Center then back to Main Street.
But with the addition of the new connector trail that goes to 146th a diversion I get a refreshing new look and a extra 2 miles
So a great day to run, followed by the balance of the day working in the yard ( a least not a oven ) dinner then the Blackhawks on TV
12 miles on a great day
