Slow 3 Weeks

It has been a slow, nagging dead pain in my lower back the last 3 weeks. I have quit my chiropractic adjustment, thanks to insurance refusing to cover, and massages bi-weekly have become to costly in my mind. Between the 2 it's a nice car payment.

All said my back didn't hurt, just my wallet. The last week I have worked on changing my gait to a quicker turn over to take a little pounding off, and hitting the cross country course
e more.

Slowly its is feeling better. Funny I can hammer it out on the mountain bike and never feel any tweak of pain. And that is bouncing around and jumping things .
took Emma the Pug on walk thru the bridge section one night

The other place that I have been running is my un-disclosed golf course path. Maybe I don't notice the tweaks in the back because that morning run out there is so relaxing. the bridge sections are the best

So goes the running. I hope the back recovers in time to prepare for late fall marathon, but if not 7 to 10 miles isn't killing me yet , its just uncomfortable.

I may need to begin re thinking my goal of Jan 1st to train for Leadville 100 Mountain Bike Race. It will be a different kind of hurt at 12,000 feet.

Oh Yea, Just got my new Niner Air 9 frame, the Sram XX group should be here in 30 days
and I start building my new pimp 2 - 9er Hardtail

Red and Silver
