Thursday August 12, 2010

As I approached my favorite course to run, the sun was beginning to rise out of the east.

Still a thick fog was low along the river, but who would have thought that at 6:15 with the temperature 78 and 60% humidity, it felt good to run.

After the past few days , this morning was a welcome relief!

As I traveled my 7 mile trek, I noticed a lot of creatures hustling around the woods, and along the path close to the river.

I guess they were digging the morning also.

With school back on , and the boss heading off to swim at 5:15
the early runs feel much more refreshing. There is something about starting in the dark and see the day arrive

After work off to the mountain bike trail for a few laps. It seems to really be helping my running and that nagging glut. I can barley feel any tightness anymore .

My new Air 9 mountain bike should be ready to ride this weekend , can't wait!
