After a long weekend , back out running, kids heading back off to school, a great looking sky , and the promise of no rain and heat again this week .

With Fridays run being not so good , I knew Saturday was a off day . The cross country meet went off without a hitch. 10 races all together. Really tired and after a tuna casserole for dinner, a shower I attempted to watch the Indy Car race but found out the results the next morning in the paper.

Sunday morning , well got up at 7:30 , which for me is late. By the time got moving around and the promise to work in the house, that promise standing for quit a while now , I bag the run and hope to ride the bike in the late afternoon .
The room exchange took all day , a couple trips to here and there for stuff, and getting close to Colts football.
No run that's Ok , as I probably need a day or two off.
Colts win, and look like Colts should look. Peyton got his little brother again , and Eli must feel like Peyton did last week, beat up.
