Frosty Fall Morning
Out a bit later this morning , after watching the Colts show what they were made from last night.Out the door and into the golf course, frost covered the ground and the sun began to rise .
These mornings are great , 35 degrees, no wind , and the sun. '
Once running and your body begins to warm, you feel like running all day . Their will be tough runs in f the following months , but after you get out the door ,the cold weather is no problem.
Tonight I have a date with the mountain bike , as that season for riding the trails is getting closer to the end.
